Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy :

Your order is eligible for cancellation only if it has not yet been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please get in touch with our customer support team at [email protected] and the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

RESET exclusively sells authentic products and does not deal in imitations or counterfeits. We do not entertain returns for items that have been used. Once a product has been opened or used, it is ineligible for return.

Replacements:

If the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, a replacement will be offered for your order against the photo and video of the package and the contents.

Although we ensure the highest quality of packing each order, there might be very rare circumstances of damage when shipping. In this case, contact [email protected] and our customer support team will replace your order.

Conditions for Replacements:

Please inspect the products upon receiving the package and promptly report any concerns to  [email protected]

Any complaints related to products, shipping, or packaging must be communicated within 48 hours of receiving the product to [email protected], accompanied by pictures and videos of the received package.

Providing an unboxing video of the package, including the order number and total weight in the top right corner, will assist the RESET team in evaluating the situation and expediting the resolution process for you.
